= Backup Procedure
Below are the basic procedures outlined for backup, restore and restore test. In your final procedure you should name the

* responsible (responsible for the processes)
* accountable (the one that should be accounted to, for example the customer)
* supportive (supports the responsible one with performing the tasks)
* consulted (gets consulted on forehand and can influence the process)
* informed (gets informed afterwards and cannot influence the process)

Also known as the RASCI list.
\\
Regarding to backup you should also mention:
* frequency
* restore frequency
* agreements with tape courier and storage center 
* are all steps documented
